The United Helping Hands for Ayiti

January 8, 2011, 6pm to whenever Admission: $5 (requested donation)

A Gathering of the Tribes presents The United Helping Hands for Ayiti. This fundraiser for the nation of Haiti will benefit the victims of the earthquake and specifically focus on those impacted by the deadly disease of cholera. All donations will be sent to Project Medishare for Haiti, Inc.

In addition to raising awareness of the victims in Haiti, gratitude and appreciation will be extended to the many helping hands from all nations. Curated by Jessica Paris, the event will feature poetry, music, dancing and modeling, t-shirt painting, and the visual arts. Tribes will also offer treats & tastes of the Culture of Ayiti.
