6 Cycles for Being Alone & Together

a 24 Hour Reading consisting of a ‘poesy’ culled from textual findings along 600 miles of a planned 3,000 mile long symbolic ‘walk across the US’ (in fact conducted entirely within NYC limits). The reading will take place in 6, 4-hour cycles (beginning at 5 am, 9 am, 1 pm, 5 pm, 9 pm, and 1 am), each cycle consisting only of language gathered on walks taken during those hours.

YOU ARE INVITED to come & stay for any portion of the event, and to respond to the reading as if it is a score for movement, action, dialogue. musicians – bring instruments, dancers – movement, everyone – yourselves!
